Edward Dzerinyuy Bello is a Cameroonian-German author, certified mediator in Germany, systemic psychological coach-lecturer, and founder of Coffee Bello Potsdam, an organic fair-trade coffee brand. Born in Nkar Village in Cameroon’s North-West Region, into the Fai Casmia Bello family of the Nso tribe, he developed an early respect for cultural heritage and dialogue. After relocating to Germany in his twenties, he completed advanced studies in project management, corporate management, executive business administration, systemic psychological coaching, and certified mediation under the Zertifizierte Mediatoren-Ausbildungsverordnung (ZMediatAusbV). He later developed the Cultural Adaptive Communication Framework (CACF), a model that bridges cultural communication styles and is applied in healthcare, education, and leadership contexts. His professional philosophy is shaped by scholars such as Edward T. Hall, Geert Hofstede, Friedemann Schulz von Thun, Eric Berne, and James Carey. His forthcoming book, Two Cultures One Mind (2025), explores how cultural values influence communication and cooperation in healthcare and organizational life. It presents the CACF as a practical guide for navigating cultural boundaries in professional and institutional settings. The foreword is written by PD. Dr. rer. nat. Dr. phil. Thomas Brückner, a distinguished German scholar with post-doctoral qualifications and dual doctorates in Physics (Doctor of Natural Science) and Philosophy (Doctor of Philosophy). Dr. Brückner teaches at the Faculty of Philosophy, at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität Munich (LMU) and the Institute for Jewish Studies and Religious Studies at the University of Potsdam. Bello is a Catholic Christian and a decreed Gottesdienstbeauftragter (liturgical minister) in Germany. He also volunteers at Park Sanssouci in Potsdam, supporting cultural and community projects. Beyond his professional and social commitments, Bello is a father and enjoys time with her daughter and their dog, moments that remind him of balance and gratitude.
