Abstract
This paper reawakens the ethical vision of Holy Prof. Dr. Bernard Nsokika Fonlon and applies it to the moral and civic challenges of English-speaking Cameroon today. Drawing on Under the Sign of the Rising Sun (1964) and An Open Letter to the Bishops of Buea and Bamenda, it stresses the importance of moral leadership, disciplined youth formation, and a Church free from political influence.
The message is simple and urgent: conscience must lead; the youth must rise in character; and the Church must remain a light of truth, humility, and transparent service.
